Dining in Dubai was a blast! I hit up Jamaica Blue and Savoy Suites Restaurant nearby, both serving up delicious local dishes. Plus, the Ibis had cool amenities, like a cozy bar/lounge area to unwind after a day of exploring.
Facilities could really step up! Not a fan of the security vibes. a little too laid-back for my liking, especially with non-hotel guests lounging around. Made it hard to relax, honestly.

Unkempt rooms with outdated interiors could use a serious refresh!!! Slow room service and housekeeping left doors unlocked, raising safety concerns during our stay!!!

We stayed for four nights and loved the connection to the mall, making it super convenient for my family. The hotel was immaculate, and the staff were welcoming. My teenagers particularly enjoyed the nearby activities, and it was easy to grab a taxi for our excursions.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could use improvement for halal dining. They should better sanitize or provide separate cooking tools after using non-halal food.

The location near the Mall of the Emirates is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The accommodating staff, especially Durga and Bishal from housekeeping, ensured my room was always tidy. However, the thin walls made it hard to enjoy complete privacy, as noises from adjoining rooms were noticeable.
